The Adriano Edition 2025 consists of a high-wheat mashbill of 66% corn, 22% red winter wheat, and 12% 2 row malted barley all grown at walnut grove farms where we visited, all heirloom organic grain, heritage strains. The nose has an aroma of honey, brown butter, dried hay, apples, vanilla, and oak with a slight ripe banana tone. Our straight bourbon whiskey has a creamy mouthfeel with notes of caramel, vanilla bean, biscuits, sorgham, brown sugar, cherries, and pepper. The wheat provides a smooth, sweet character, and balanced spice structure.

Giambanco Reserve’s Blanco Tequila Primo Passo is produced in the Los Altos (Highlands) region of Jalisco, Mexico, an area known for its red volcanic soil, higher elevation, and cooler climate. These conditions contribute to sweeter agave characteristics, floral aromatics, and a naturally softer mouthfeel. The tequila is crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave and bottled to preserve a bright, agave-forward profile with subtle added structure from brief barrel contact.
